“If you want to work economically, you automatically act sustainably, otherwise you do something wrong,” says junior chef and gastronomic manager of the house, Alexander Erck. We live here in the country and maintaining our beautiful area is extremely important to us. That is why we try to conserve resources as much as possible and produce a lot ourselves – for example, we have our own bees. In everything we buy, we try to get it from the region wherever possible. So also our excellent beef, which comes from pasture cattle from the region.
