The Flair Hotel Rieckmann in Bispingen is managed in the meantime in fifth generation by Gaby and Peter Reibold in the middle of the Lüneburger Heide. Their sons Kajo and Nils also support the business and help to lead the house into a secure future. Every day, the family-run Flair Hotel is committed to giving their guests a carefree time.
Located directly on the Heidschnuckenweg, the new Flair Hotel is the ideal starting point for many leisure activities, such as hiking, cycling tours or a trip to the Soltau Therme and the Heide Park Soltau. With the Snow Dome ski resort Bispingen, winter sports enthusiasts also get their money’s worth.
Culinary experiences in a pleasant atmosphere
The in-house restaurant “Tafelhuus” serves regional specialties as well as cross-over cuisine. When the temperatures are warm, you can feast in the idyllic summer garden with a view of the beautiful nature. Whether roast Heidschnucken, freshwater fish or asparagus: the chefs in the “Tafelhuus” rely on fresh and selected ingredients directly from the region, which brings the typical taste of the Lüneburg Heath to the plate. The short delivery routes not only guarantee the special freshness, but also protect the environment. In addition to modern interpretations of various dishes, the Reibold family is also breaking new ground in service. The team in the restaurant is supported by two robots, which deliver the delicious dishes directly to the table of the guests.
Meetings and wellness
The fitness room of the hotel offers all guests various possibilities to keep fit during their trip. The numerous resting-place body massage treatments provide relaxation and new strength.
For conferences there is room for groups of six up to 120 people. For this purpose, the rooms are equipped with the latest conference technology. The program is accompanied by regional and seasonal dishes of the house and overnight stays in modern rooms.
In addition to the “classic” conferences, the Flair Hotel Rieckmann also offers team cooking with professional live support under the motto “Beef it or leave it!”. In a good three and a half hours, the perfect steak in New York Steakhouse quality is prepared together in the event kitchen of the hotel.
Those who prefer to be more active can put themselves and their team to the test at the Höhenwegarena climbing park, the largest climbing park in Europe. At lofty heights, team members demonstrate trust, responsibility and clear communication on up to 40 climbing stations. Perfect teamwork can be trained here as part of a conference with the Reibold family.
